Making Western New York a better place for, and because of, refugees and immigrants.

The International Institute of Buffalo has worked to integrate foreign born Western New Yorkers since 1918.

We welcome, connect and empower the foreign born, and encourage the region’s support for different cultures.

The International Institute is honored to be part of Western New York’s long history of welcoming immigrants. Our 100 years of experience give us a unique perspective on the value of the region’s immigrant communities to Western New York.
