POSITION:      New American Integration Services Coordinator

The New American Integration Services Coordinator (NAISC) provides support to the New American Integration department in 3 major areas: program compliance & supervision, administration, and new program implementation. The position is 40 hours per week and reports to the Director of New American Integration.

The NAISC will work with all members of the New American Integration team, spending approximately 50% of the time supervising daily operations, ensuring that staff prioritize service delivery, and the meet the needs of our clients and funders. THE NAISC will provide administrative support by ensuring grants are spent down and tracked and that reports and files meet contractual guidelines. Approximately 25% of time will be dedicated to working with the director on community outreach and new program development and implementation.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the human services or non-profit field, and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. While experience working with foreign born population is a plus, it is not required. Other requirements include: ability to think both creatively and analytically, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, and able to work with a variety of people in multiple settings.
