Our Strategic Plan
The International Institute of Buffalo is working on its next strategic plan to lay the groundwork for a productive future of making Western New York a better place for immigrants and refugees. We will release the plan in 2024.
We adopted our last strategic plan in 2016. This document set priorities, focused resources and strengthened operations to realize our vision and deliver impact. This plan continues to guide our decisions and actions until we adopt our new plan.
Our Current Strategic Goals
- Align with others for impact; formalize and increase collaboration
- Strengthen core programming and develop new programming
- Continue to increase the leadership profile of the Institute locally, regionally and nationally
- Improve the Institute’s organizational culture
- Increase the Institute’s sustainability
