Recently, members of the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus visited to join New Americans and IIB team members for a fun and therapeutic afternoon of arts and crafts. The creations, while varied, all shared themes of synergy and peace.
The themes coincided with the chorus’ recent concert, called Passion Projects – a collaboration between the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus, Westminster Choir, and Buffalo Chamber Players at the Westminster Presbyterian Church. The pieces created during the community art activity were proudly displayed at the church during the performance. Additionally, the chorus generously advertised IIB’s current donation needs, resulting in over $500 worth of household goods being collected for our newest neighbors. We are so grateful for the community support and art.
