Mayor Brown and members of Buffalo’s refugee and immigrant community will join for a ceremonial flag raising and proclamation in celebration of Welcoming Day! It’s part of an annual celebration to showcase the movement of communities striving to be more welcoming places for all, including refugees and immigrants. We’d love to see you there!
