Survivor Support offers safe, free, and confidential services for those affected by domestic violence and human trafficking, regardless of age, immigration status, or type of exploitation.
You are not alone. The Institute works with hundreds of survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence each year from countries all over the world.
Our staff also provides professional training and community presentations aimed at increasing identification of human trafficking and domestic violence in WNY, and helping professional partners work more effectively with these specialized populations.

Services are provided free of charge and regardless of immigration status.
The Domestic Violence Survivor Support Services Program is designed to help and support any immigrant person in an abusive or unsafe relationship.
The Institute can help with the following needs:
- Language Access
- Crime Victim Help, including Safety Planning
- Legal Advocacy including Pro Bono Referrals and Court Accompaniment
- Housing, Medical and Employment Case Management and Referral Services

Human Trafficking
The Human Trafficking Survivor Support Services Program provides intensive case management services to any survivors of labor and sex trafficking in Western New York.
Services are provided free of charge and regardless of immigration status, age, sex, religion, or gender identity.
The Institute can help with the following needs:
- Crime Victim Help, including Safety Planning
- Legal Advocacy, including Pro Bono Referrals and Court Accompaniment
- Housing, Medical and Employment Case Management and Referral Services
- Covering costs for Basic Needs and Services (clothing, food, personal items)
